So in go, whenever I try to get a Pokémon, they break free and escape turn 1. I also can’t spin pokestops or participate in gym battles or raids. What’s the matter? it goes away after a while
This is called a soft ban. You might have covered too much distance in too little time or accessed the game through a third-party app (i.e. hacked it.) Depending on how far you went, it should wear off in 30 mins to an hour - no more than two hours.
