Can you get the Shiny Charm if you scan every Pokemon's QR code?

If I scan every Pokemon's QR code in this [link][1] will I get the Shiny Charm?

The QR Scanner's main function is scanning QR Codes. Scanning any QR Code records the Pokémon it describes as seen in the Pokédex if it is not already.

No, you will not be able to get the Shiny Charm if you scan every QR Code, because it doesn't register Pokemon as caught - only as seen. You need to have every non-mythical Pokemon in the Alola Pokedex registered as caught in your Pokedex in order to get the Shiny Charm.

It actually isn't that hard to get all of the Pokemon in the Alola Dex and get a Shiny Charm, especially if you have access to the GTS. After I beat the Rainbow Rocket Side-Quest, it took me 2 days of evolving and trading Pokemon to 100% the Dex (not including Mythical Pokemon, but they aren't counted anyways) :P
