The types that it doesn't resist are fire, water, electric, fighting, bug, ghost, and dark. Pick a Pokemon that knows an attack that Bronzong doesn't resist and overlevel that Pokemon.

You could use a Fire-type attack, Fire-type attacks are 2× effective (super-effective). If you're worried about Levitate, you could use Gravity to remove their levitating status, Worry Seed to replace their ability with Insomnia, or Skill Swap to switch Levitate with your Ability.
