I want to teach Drill Run for my (dusk) Lycanroc, which move should I replace?

Her current moves are (yup, mine is a female):

• Crunch (Defense lowering+powered up by Tough Claws)
• Thunder Fang (Powered up by Tough Claws)
• Rock Slide (STAB+multiple targets+flinch)
• Stone Edge (STAB+high crit+Splintered Stormshards)

I think you should get rid of Rock Slide, because two moves of the same type isn't good.

Well, like Azelfeo said, "If you want you could replace Stone Edge with Rock Slide only when you do double battles." Doesn't switching between them seem better than having two Rock-type moves?

Replace Rock Slide. Rock Slide only hits multiple targets in double battles and you already said why Stone Edge is better. But, if you want you could replace Stone Edge with Rock Slide only when you do double battles. And I suggest that Crunch becomes Zen Headbutt to deal with Fighting types (Zen Headbutt gets powered up by Tough Claws too).
