Why is this flagged?
Hmm, I ever heard Pokémon from gen 1 and 2 are hard to transfer to newer games.
I thought u could only transfer pkmn form the VC games to SM/USUM
I transferred a Geodude from Crystal just fine. The bank could think your Pikachu is illegal and won't let it be transferred. That happened to one of my Pokémon from gen5, and it didn't tell me that it happened. Just keep trying, but, honestly, I don't really know if this is your problem.
You transferred Geodude from Crystal to ORAS? I’m pretty sure Pokémon can only go from Virtual Console to Gen 7.
@TCN5, My Geodude was transferred to gen7. My comment above yours is incorrect. ThunderClaper's answer made me remember stuff about VC pkmn, and then I realized what was wrong.

You can also transfer Pokémon you’ve caught in the Nintendo 3DS Virtual Console versions of Pokémon Gold, Pokémon Silver, Pokémon Red, Pokémon Blue, and Pokémon Yellow into your copy of Pokémon Ultra Sun, Pokémon Ultra Moon, Pokémon Sun, or Pokémon Moon.

According to the Official Pokemon Website, you can only trade VC Pokemon to SM/USUM.

You cannot put your Pikachu in Omega Ruby, Alpha Shapphire, X, nor Y, because Virtual Console Pokémon were not programed for those games, if you could put them there, the game would not know what they are, making it glitch out. They can only go to Sun, Moon, Ultra Sun, and Ultra Moon.
