How come my Ralts in Pokemon AS knows Synchronoise instead of Growl?

Did you catch it on route 102 using the dex nav?

You will see the Pokémon's first move. This is either it's normal move, or an Egg Move. As the DexNav level increases, you will start seeing more Egg Moves known by the Pokémon.

Synchronise is an egg move, and by using the DexNav, your Ralts knew it instead of Growl.
