Does no name mean it's hacked?

i just got a shiny reshiram, I was sol happy, I got it off the GTS but then I saw it had no name and wondered, is this a hacked pokémon? and when I say it had no name, the spot were the name went had no text, it was blank. So, does that mean it's hacked?
