The move substitute is affected by moves that increase the evaziness of the user?

Like for exemple, minimize and double team, if I use them, my substitute will be able to avoide moves too? Or only the user?

Yes. A substitute will always have the same type and stats as the Pokemon who created it, so if a Pokemon behind a substitute raises or decreases its stats then the substitute is affected by the modifiers as well.
