Will this method for shiny Power Construct Zygarde work?

Question

So I use the Zygarde Cube to disassemble my (non shiny) Zygarde into cells. Then I use the shiny event Zygarde and the Zygarde Cube to reassemble a shiny Zygarde with Power Construct.

Of course it will, as long as you don't disassemble the Shiny. I Just did it today.

The same ribbon that GTS-proofs the shiny Zygarde (along with most other events) also happens to prevent it from being disassembled into cells, so you don't have to worry about accidentally disassembling the wrong one.
