Why is the Ice type strong against the Dragon type?

I think the Ice type should be weak against the Dragon type because Dragons can breathe fire and they're fire-related.And fire can obviously burn Ice.
So please let me know why the Dragon type is weak against the Ice Type!

Dragon Types are weak to Ice Types because dragons theoretically, are reptiles. Since reptiles are cold-blooded when they get cold, their bodies start to slow down. If they get too cold they could die, which is why Ice has an advantage against Dragon. And not all dragons breathe fire.

Also worth mentioning, Dragon would have only had one weakness (itself!) for five generations had Ice not intervened. If Dragon wasn't already a good typing, that would have completely broken the typing system.
