Can you transfer BP from S/M to US/UM?

Is there a way of transferring BP from SM to USUM via Pokemon Global Link/any other method?

I don't think there is a way, unless there's some hacking device that nobody's heard of that can allow such a transfer.

You can indirectly transfer them by using them to teach moves to your Pokemon or buy items for them and use them to earn BP in the other game.

It can't be done. BP that end up on one game are stuck there and can't be transferred over to another. Your best bet is just to spend the lot on rare items and moves, so they don't go to waste. BP earned indirectly (not from the game itself) can only be withdrawn in one game.
