Does the Life Orb affect Pokémon with Stamina?

Are you trying to ask if Stamina will raise the Pokemon's Defense once they lose health to the Life Orb? If so, then the answer is no. Stamina will only activate when the Pokemon loses health due to an attack, it won't activate from passive damage like from hail, recoil, or an item -- including the Life Orb.

As sumwun said, there's really no reason why not, but I decided to test it anyway, just in case, and yes, Pokémon with Stamina are affected by Life Orb
