Question

Will a wild Pokemon with teleport always use teleport even if it has other moves? As in let's say a wild ralts has teleport, tackle, leer, and sand attack (it's just an example) will it always use teleport? Or is it possible it could use tackle, leer, and or sand attack? (No setup no nothing)

It probably sounds like a dumb question but every time I encounter ralts in platinum it always uses teleport and I want to put it in a special ball

Abra is the only Pokemon that always uses teleport when found wild. All others can use some other move.

In my copy of Platinum, wild Ralts don't always use teleport. If you want to catch a Ralts more easily, then use a quick ball or a move like mean look, block, or spider web.
