My null won't evolve won't evolve even with max affection, is there a problem?

So I got type null on ultra sun, I use a couple of rainbow beans to get it to full affection, is affection and happiness different? if not is there other factors that i'm missing?, if so what can I do to raise a Pokemon's happiness? 'cause I haven't got a clue

Battle with it for like 20 levels. Without Fainting too much. It'll evolve.

Affection and Happiness are two different things, Type: Null requires max happiness to evolve, not affection.

There are many things you can do to raise happiness, such as walking with the Pokémon in your party, giving it a massage, or feeding it certain berries or vitamins.
