I got to aether paradise for the first time and left, now I'm stuck on akala, how do I get back?

I haven't done this so I can only guess. Is it possible to Fly there on Charizard?

No I cant fly I cant take a boat and im stuck on Akala island, im afraid it might be soft locked so i messged the pokemon company m just freaking out

You aren't soft locked, no need to worry. Games with critical flaws like that don't get published anymore, and if they do they get patched quickly (e.g. X/Y Lumiose City save glitch).
I haven't done this before either, but I doubt you're actually unable to fly or take a boat. Can you be more specific as to what happens when you try?

Well I went to the resort and there is a boat but i cant access it, nor can I any boat i try. There isnt a wing icon on the aether paradise for me to use charizard and mantine cant surf there. And the only islands I have access to are melemelee and akala

I found it I had to use the ferry terminal something I'm sure wasn't in sun and moon thank god. Use the ferry terminal to move from island to island thank you all.

you can leave aether paradise and get new items but you won't be able to go back by sea or sky you need to find gladion at the docks of ulaula island and he will take you back
