Is my Mega M Charizard EX Pokemon Card rare?

Hi, I'm new to Pokemon. I have a Mega M Blue Charizard EX card that I think may be rare. It's the Japanese version of the card. It looks a lot like this one, however the Japanese lettering is different and the yellow lettering across the Charizard image says "WILDBLAZE" in English:

Also, assuming it's not a fake card (which is why a picture would be great), if it's value is the same as the one you leaked I would say it's pretty damn rare.

The card was handed down to me (I didn't buy it myself) so I don't know if it could be a fake. How can I tell?

Usually you spot fake cards with typos, odd wording, incorrect Dex entries or other info, or if things like the Energy symbols being too large/small.

Your card is a Korean card. It has a gold border which means it is a secret rare card. Congratulations, it is pretty rare.
