Any way to get Fake out and Last Resort?

Is there any way to get any Pokemon with just Fake Out and Last Resort in any game?

Teach a Pokemon both those moves and delete the other moves by going to the move forgetter.

Statistically speaking, the Pokemon suggested by MechaCharizard: Aipom, Ambipom, Buneary, Delcatty, Glameow, Kecleon, Lopunny, Meowth, Mew, Persian, Purugly, Skitty, Smeargle, Spinda, is correct when looking up until Gen 6.

In the newest game Sun/Moon, only Meowth, Persian, Aipom, Ambipom, Skitty, Delcatty, Glameow and Puruguly are able to learn such moves. The problem is, in Sun/Moon, each Pokemon can learn Fake Out levelling up, but needs to breed with another Pokemon knowing Last Resort from the Same Egg Group.

However, in older games, some Pokemon such as Spinda can learn Last Resort from Move Tutor; but no Pokemon can learn both from levelling up. But, if you want a suggestion, Mega Lopunny is the best to have this combination for Gen. 6 - great Atk./Spd. +STAB, and the ability Scrappy to hit Ghost Pokemon as well.
