Is this NPC's dialogue an error?

Question

My favorite NPC in from RSE who says "Where did you come from?" And the options are Yes and No. Since everyone loved her, the creators of Pokemon brought her back in the remakes. Was it an error? If you tell where she is then free upvote plus BA. Getting 20 points isn't that bad is it? Also make sure you congratulate Palkia on finding her Omega Ruby copy she lost for a whole year!

I think it's a joke.

She was in Pacifidlog Town in one of the upper houses. It wasn't an error, the creators wanted to add so humor into the game.

It's probably a joke on how the protagonist usually only answers yes/no. I highly doubt they'd accidentally bring a character back. Also, she's located at a house in Pacifidlog town.

Oh and congratulations on finding your lost copy of Omega Ruby.
