Shiny Phantump in the XYZ anime?

In episode 24 of the XYZ anime, "Making Friends and Influencing Villains!", there is an "oddly colored Phantump" that is the same color as a shiny. Does this mean that other shiny Pokémon exist in the anime?

That Phantump was indeed shiny.  Shiny Pokemon are found in the anime; Ash himself has a shiny Noctowl he caught in Johto. Not to mention the shiny Gyarados at the Lake of Rage or that performer Amelia who has a shiny Dragonair in Kalos. There's a shiny Hawlucha shown in the anime too.
