If you put a pokemon with pokerus in the PC, will the pokerus stay until you take it out?
Yes. Keeping it in the PC freezes the timeframe for which it is there. But keep in mind a pokemon will still have the pokerus after it is "cured," it just won't be able to spread it to other pokemon is all.
