Using salamence in the weakness cup?

in the new weakness cup, I want to use salamence, but I don't know if the 4X weakness to ice counts as two. tnx

I believe that they have to be 5 separate types. a 4x doesn't count as 2 because it's still just 1 type

Salamence is not allowed in Weakness Cup.
