The following Legendary Pokemon are available in normal gameplay of Emerald:

• Groudon
• Kyogre
• Rayquaza
• Latios/Latias (you may only choose one)
• Regice
• Regirock
• Registeel

The following Legendary Pokemon were available in Emerald via an event:

• Latios/Latias (i.e. the one you did not choose in normal gameplay)
• Jirachi
• Deoxys
• Ho-oh
• Lugia
• Mew (only distributed in Japan)
