Whats the Mon with highest speed that learns both stealth rock and roar/whirlwind?

Could also learn spikes and roost/recover with good defense definitely a plus. Lemme know if you have any suggestions.

Aerodactyl/M-Aerodactyle are the fastest who can learn Stealth Rock, Roar/Whirlwind, and Roost, coupled with decent defenses

Alternatives are Arceus, Archeops, and Lycanroc.
.
Skarmory isn't fast but also fits this criteria.

Just a word of warning though, no amount of speed will make Roar or Whirlwind go first, as it has a -6 priority.

Mew is faster than Skarmory and can learn all three moves as well as Roost, but cannot learn Spikes. Smeargle can learn all of them and is faster than Skarmory but, outside of this niche, is horrific defensively, meaning it has little to no merit on your team. Still a consideration, though, as it is the fastest Pokemon with all of these moves.
