How to get to Kala'e Bay?

Bagon is easier to find there and I can get the water type I would like there.

There is a hidden tunnel in the southwest corner of Melemele Meadow that takes you to Seaward Cave. Once you are in there, head southeast, and another exit will take you to Kala'e Bay.

It's a crawlspace so it will be relatively hard to spot. don't forget to pack plenty of repels for seaward cave and the medows flowers.
