It evolves from Zweilous at level 64! It takes so long to evolve, and I don't like Zweilous all that much.

As I understand it Hydreigon is kind of a monster, but puts requirements on the rest of your team for specific coverage
It's worth using only if you're okay with level grinding. There are plenty of Pokemon, like Axew and Zorua, that can beat the game in the time it takes to evolve Zweilous to Hydreigon.

First, lets look at Hydreigon's base stats. It has 105 base attack, 90 base defense, 125 base special attack, 90 base special defense, and 98 base speed. It has a stat total of 600. So, Hydreigon's growth rate is slow, and like you said, it does evolve from Zweilous at level 64, which can be a pain because of its growth rate. Just like one of the previous comments said, its movepool contains normal, dark, and dragon type moves, but there are TMs and HMs as well. Hydreigon's stats are great and can be useful for the Elite Four as well. So overall, even though it's growth rate is slow, and leveling up requires a lot of patience, in the end, it can be a very powerful and useful Pokemon to use. So, I would say it is worth it.

I hope this helped!

Try giving Zweilous a lucky egg and kill of a bunch of Audinos to make it level up a bit faster.

It only learns Dragon, Dark, and some Normal-type moves through level-up. Even though its movepool isn't that diverse, it can learn an assortment of TMs. If used properly, it can be a great asset to your team, provided you have coverage against Ice, Fighting, and Bug-types.

Fairy type didn't exist in B2 and W2.
You didn't say this was for Black or White. The question was asking whether or not Zweilous would be worth evolving into Hydreigon.

not for the elite four because it will not evolve in time
