Where is the best place to grind before Hala?

Question

For some reason, my Kadabra never learned Confusion, and I want to teach it Psybeam before challenging kahuna Hala, but the only way is by level up. Where is the best grinding spot?

Do you have access to a move reminder? He/she should be able to teach Kadabra confusion.

You can also use a Butterfree with Psybeam, a Cutiefly with Fairywind, or just start out with Popplio. But, since you already have Kadabra, I'd say the best place to grind in Mele Mele is the Mele Mele Meadow.
