Drilbur, since it is immune to Electric type moves, and when it evolves into Exadrill, Most moves will not be effective because it has the Steel typing. While Sandile's evolution, Krookodile, has more weaknesses than Exadrill and only has 3 types that won't effect it much, while Exadrill has 9. Hope this helps...
