Cann I get hidden ability by breeding in Pokemon white ? given: both Pokemon doesnot have hidden ability?

Sadly, no. Here's me quoting Bulbapedia:

Starting in Black and White, female Pokémon with Hidden Abilities have a 60% chance of passing on the Hidden Ability to their offspring when bred with a male Pokémon from the same Egg Group.

In order to breed for offspring with their Hidden Ability, one or both of the parents of that specie must already have their Hidden Ability.
