Do moves like toxic, spikes, and stealth rock effect disguise?

title. I'm training a mimikyu ;)

No, they do not. I was in a Battle Royale, Stealth Rock was up, and I switched in Mimikyu. It took damage but disguise did not break. Weather and status moves like Toxic also do not break Disguise, only attacks do.
