We won't be getting a Pokemon Stars or Eclipse any time soon.
After taking a quick look at this thing's God Mode, I believe revision is in order.
Yeah same for dusk mane and dawn wings

Necrozma @ Weakness Policy
Ability: Prism Armor
EVs : 104 HP / 148 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Rock Polish
- Psyshock / Stored Power
- Dark Pulse / Flash Cannon / Power Gem
- Brick Break

Prism Armor allows Necrozma to withstand Super Effective hits. This takes advantage of Weakness Policy, getting offensive boosts so that you can sweep. It's typing it's also not Dual which are weak to a same type, which is why he is the best suit for a Weakness Policy set. Rock Polish must be used on the first turn, no matter First or Second Necrozma moves, so that you can sweep in the following turns. Brick Break gets boosts from Weakness Policy, and hits some Pokemon like Bisharp or Weavile, breaking Relfects and Light Screens. Stored Power packs a huge punch with the boosts from Rock Polish and Weakness Policy. The others are coverages. Dark Pulse hits Aegislash, while Flash Cannon hits Diancie. Power Gem hits Talonflame and Mega Charizard Y. It's up to you who to counter. 106 Hp in EVs aid in allowing Necrozma to survive hits in the first turn. And the others are for Sweeping purposes.

Why timid. Timid is redundant. So is 252 speed. Necrozma only has 79 base speed what's the point.
You have Prism Armor to take Super effective hits, then you survive and use Rock Polish, then you start to sweep while outspeeding a lot of stuff. Speed is invested to ensure that Necrozma outspeed faster opponents.
Speed is relevant with Rock Polish, the point being that Rock Polish isn't relevant just in general with Necrozma.
it seems you enjoy speed... i can see why. i like this moveset, and the weakness policy is rarely used. its nice to see a pokemon use its ability and an item to combo like crazy.
Such a nice moveset. Bravo! *claps*
If your going for timid, why brick break?
I changed somethings to make it better in my humble opinion

Necrozma @ Weakness Policy
Type : Psychic
Ability : Prism Armor
Nature : Modest
EVs : 102 Hp / 252 Spa / 148 Spe

Rock Polish
 Stored Power
Dark Pulse
Hidden Power - Fighting

Everyone relying on Weakness Policy and its sheer power going unnoticed huh

Mini-Mega-Ray
Gen 8 AG

Liability (Necrozma-Dusk-Mane) @ Life Orb
Ability: Prism Armor
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Swords Dance
- Earthquake
- Sunsteel Strike
- Photon Geyser / Knock Off / Psychic Fangs

This thing is a Mega-Rayquaza lite. At a +2 Atk from Swords Dance, nothing can switch-in to it reliably, based on the coverage it's running. Life Orb boosts your power, allowing you to hit hard. Swords Dance over Dragon Dance because it can pick up KOes on Defensive Pokemon faster. Earthquake is for opposing Necrozma-Dusk-Mane, while Sunsteel Strike is STAB. Photon Geyser shouldn't be really used over Psychic Fangs, however it can be used to OHKO Quagsire after a Swords Dance boost. Alternatively, Psychic Fangs is physical as Max Mindstorm when Dynamaxed, and can take advantage of terrain to even hit hard. Knock Off OHKOes Lunala with a SD boost which is a hard check to it. Some calculations prove why we're going SD over DD:

For Dragon Dance with +1 Atk

+1 252+ Atk Necrozma-Dusk-Mane Sunsteel Strike vs. 252 HP / 208+ Def Zygarde: 202-238 (48 - 56.6%) -- 35.5% chance to 2HKO after Leftovers recovery

+1 252+ Atk Necrozma-Dusk-Mane Sunsteel Strike vs. 252 HP / 252+ Def Shadow Shield Lunala: 120-142 (25.1 - 29.7%) -- guaranteed 4HKO

+1 252+ Atk Necrozma-Dusk-Mane Earthquake vs. 252 HP / 252+ Def Prism Armor Necrozma-Dusk-Mane: 189-223 (47.4 - 56%) -- 82.4% chance to 2HKO

+1 252+ Atk Necrozma-Dusk-Mane Sunsteel Strike vs. 248 HP / 220+ Def Giratina: 202-238 (40.1 - 47.3%) -- guaranteed 3HKO after Leftovers recovery

Meh. The damage output is so much meh. Wanna upgrade those to almost everything getting OHKOed?

For Swords Dance with +2 Atk

+2 252+ Atk Life Orb Necrozma-Dusk-Mane Max Steelspike vs. 252 HP / 208+ Def Zygarde: 454-536 (108 - 127.6%) -- guaranteed OHKO

+2 252+ Atk Life Orb Necrozma-Dusk-Mane Max Darkness vs. 252 HP / 252+ Def Shadow Shield Lunala: 668-788 (139.7 - 164.8%) -- guaranteed OHKO

+2 252+ Atk Life Orb Necrozma-Dusk-Mane Max Quake vs. 252 HP / 252+ Def Prism Armor Necrozma-Dusk-Mane: 425-501 (106.7 - 125.8%) -- guaranteed OHKO

+2 252+ Atk Life Orb Necrozma-Dusk-Mane Max Darkness vs. 252 HP / 252+ Def Giratina: 546-645 (108.3 - 127.9%) -- guaranteed OHKO

+2 252+ Atk Life Orb Necrozma-Dusk-Mane Photon Geyser vs. 252 HP / 252+ Def Quagsire: 430-507 (109.1 - 128.6%) -- guaranteed OHKO

That's super strong! Not anything is capable of walling this beast. So, in short no need to miss Mega-Ray when we have got our SD NDM.

why not weakness pollicy this pokemon is a tank
"Everyone relying on Weakness Policy and its sheer power going unnoticed huh"
Probably cause the answerer doesnt want to use that.
@Infinite17 don't want to hit like dry noodles if no Weakness Policy is activated and it's generally obvious of offensive NDM being WP. The calculations also explain why LO is chosen over WP, so please read that first carefully

Necrozma @ Leftovers
Ability: Prism Armor
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SpD
Bold Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Morning Sun / Moonlight
- Calm Mind
- Psyshock
- Hidden Power [Fire] / Hidden Power [Ground]

Here's a bulky set I made, just CM with physical defense EVs. Hidden power helps to hit steel types as well as dark and psychic.

by
Thanks to Ultra Sun and Moon's move tutors, this guy can get Heat Wave/Earth Power instead of choosing a Hidden Power type.

Necrozma-Dusk-Mane @ Ultranecrozium Z
Ability: Prism Armor --> Neuroforce
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature (+Spe, -SpA)
- Photon Geyser
- Earthquake
- Sunsteel Strike / Stone Edge
- Swords Dance

Photon Geyser is STAB and turns into the Z-Move "Light That Burns the Sky" (200 BP, ignores abilities). Earthquake primarily allows you to hit Steel-types and is a good coverage move regardless. Sunsteel Strike is STAB before you transform, lets you hit Fairy-types, and is a nice move in general. Stone Edge gives perfect neutral coverage and more SE coverage than Sunsteel Strike (particularly Flying-types), which works better with Neuroforce. Stone Edge looks like it'll be better overall, but Sunsteel Strike helps against Xerneas.

After a Swords Dance, you 2HKO basically everything, some of which turn into OHKOs with Stealth Rock support. Make sure the field is clear of Mega Gengar and watch out for Pheromosa, Deoxys-A, Sucker Punch, and various scarfers once you've transformed.

Why use Jolly? You could use Hasty or Naive so you don't have to sacrifice Attack/SpAtk. Though, I understand that Hasty and Naive sacrifice defenses, so you might prefer not to use those.
Why would you not use Jolly? Special Attack is meaningless on this set, so Jolly is the best possible Nature, with Adamant in second.

Nat Nex AG

Physically Defensive Stealth Rocks setter
Smeargle counter lead set

Loin (Necrozma-Dusk-Mane) @ Safety Goggles
Ability: Prism Armor
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 Spe
Impish Nature
- Knock Off
- Sunsteel Strike
- Stealth Rock
- Morning Sun

This set isn't very different from a normal physically defensive NDM set. Smeargle becomes more common the higher you in the NDAG ladder so I made a set that does a decent job at countering it. Every smeargle has Spore
in NDAG and almost of not all other viable NDAG mons get destroyed by it (unless they're faster and they have Taunt or Substitute), Safety Goggles can easily counter any Spore efforts from our local Picasso. Smeargle is faster but there's not much it can do after failing to use spore other than switching out, if it doesn't have Nuzzle that is.

by

See, I like the idea, but there are MUCH better counters to our local picasso. If you want to counter smeargle with it, go for it, but, I think ndm is much better suited to handle ze dog and other physical threats, or murder everything with the ultranecrozmium z or weakness policy. In the context of smeargle counters however, I like it, so I'll give it an upvote. However, I wouldn't recommend using this as your smeargle counter as a lot of leads usually carry taunt to handle it because of its speed. Again, however, +1 for creativity.

I don’t think Necrozma-DW gets enough attention, so:

Necrozma-Dawn Wings @ Lunalium Z
Ability: Prism Armor
EVs: 252 HP / 252 SpA / 4 Spe
Modest Nature
- Calm Mind
- Moongeist Beam
- Psyshock
- Power Gem

Calm Mind allows Necrozma-DM to become more threatening in offense and defense. Moongeist Beam is awesome STAB and threatening to Mimikyu. Psyshock is for STAB and for hitting special walls like Blissey. Finally, Power Gem is to hit Ho-Oh and other bulky flying types.

Hope this set sweeps many teams!

I know this was answered a long time ago, but Bisharp is a counter to this set.

Necrozma-Dusk-Mane @ Weakness Policy
Ability: Prism Armor
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 SpD
IVs: 0 Spe
Brave Nature
- Trick Room
- Sunsteel Strike
- Moonlight/Stealth Rock
- Earthquake
To make full use of Trick Room, Necrozma has 0 Speed EVs and a brave nature. Sunsteel Strike is a powerful STAB move that ignores other abilities. Earthquake counters threats in Natdexag like Groudon-primal and Zacian-Crowned. Moonlight can heal up Necrozma as Necrozma is already bulky with Prism Armor. Stealth Rock deals damage if the oppoment trys to switch in to a threat like Yveltal.
Watch out for:
Calyrex-Shadow: Can easily OHKO Necrozma-Dusk if it isn't at full HP
252 SpA Calyrex-Shadow Astral Barrage vs. 252 HP / 0 SpD Prism Armor Necrozma-Dusk-Mane: 328-387 (82.4 - 97.2%) -- guaranteed 2HKO
Recommended teammates:
Yveltal: Counters Calyrex Shadow well.

I've hoped I've helped!

Necrozma @ Fairium Z
Ability: Prism Armor
EVs: 250 SpA / 6 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid / Modest Nature
- Calm Mind
- Psychic
- Moonlight
- Dark Pulse / Power Gem
Calm Mind is good for raising your SpA and SpD.
Psychic has good power and STAB.
Z-Moonlight heals all status conditions to Necrozma, as well as healing.
Dark Pulse / Power Gem for type coverage. Both have same base power, but Dark Pulse has 20% flinch. Your choice.

(★~EPIC ULTRA NECROZMA SWEEP~★ (CONFUSION ONLY #SALT)) ^

Necrozma-Dusk Mane @ Ultranecrozium Z
Ability: Prism Armor -----> Neuroforce
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SpDef
Bold Nature
- Flash Cannon
- Moonlight
- Calm Mind
- Iron Defense

This set is basically for being a troll and also for sweeping.
Instead of Confusion, I changed it to Flash Cannon so that it could hit every type, no matter how effectively.
Just start setting up (as Dusk Mane) Defense, then start going for Calm Mind (or vice versa). If you run low on HP, use Moonlight. After having +6 Def, SpA and SpD, you can go into Ultra Necrozma to give up some bulk but in exchange, more sweeping power.
Be wary of Whirlwind, Roar, Dragon Tail, etc. and Taunt users.

This is a moveset for the standard Necrozma. Not Dusk Mane, Dawn Wings, or Ultra Necrozma; just regular, vanilla Necrozma.

Necrozma @ Leftovers
Ability: Prism Armor
EVs: 252 HP / 80 Def / 176 Def
Adamant Nature
- Stealth Rock
- Knock Off
- Photon Geyser
- Morning Sun / X-Scissor / Brick Break

This Necrozma is best suited as a lead Pokémon, setting up Stealth Rocks, Knocking Off the opponents item, and having STAB damage in Photon Geyser. Assuming your Necrozma's Attack IV is higher than its Special Attack IV, Photon Geyser will be physical. If you don't have USUM, Psycho Cut will fill Photon Geyser's role just fine. The last move is up to your preference. Morning Sun (or Moonlight) would be reliable healing, but with low PP. X-Scissor is for coverage and Brick Break is weaker coverage, but would cover the four Fairy/Steel-types that X-Scissor misses out on. Pick whichever one fits your teambuild/battling style best!

Vanilla Necrozma seems to be overshadowed by its new forms, but hopefully this moveset will bring it back into the limelight!

Necrozma

Necrozma @ Leftovers
Ability: Prism Armor
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Def / 252 SpA
Modest Nature
- Calm Mind
- Moonlight
- Stored Power
- Dark Pulse

After 2 calm minds, stored power goes up to 100 power, and you are at 2+ SpA, so it will hit very hard. Leftovers and moonlight heal you. Dark pulse covers ghosts.

Necrozma-Dawn-Wings @ Enigma Berry
Ability: Prism Armor
EVs: 252 SpA / 6 SpD / 252 Spe
Modest Nature
- Recycle
- Moongeist Beam
- Dragon Pulse
- Photon Geyser

This is the first competitive Pokemon I ever created so don't judge
This necrozma is supposed to be a fast special sweeper. I chose an enigma berry because it restores 1/4 hp when hit by a super-effective move combined with prism armor super effective moves wouldn't be a problem. I also chose recycle so I can keep using the enigma berry. Moongeist beam can deal with x4 weakness to ghost types. Photon Geyser can suppress annoying abilities like unnerve. Dragon pulse is a good damaging special move.

Gen 8
Role: Fast Physical Sweeper:

Necrozma-Dusk-Mane @ Weakness Policy
Ability: Prism Armor
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpA / 252 Spe
Naughty Nature
- Dragon Dance
- Earthquake
- Photon Geyser
- Knock Off

Dragon Dance raises the speed and with the weakness policy it makes 1,000 attack damage! Earthquake is coverage. Photon Geyser is STAB. Knock Off makes more damage.

Gen 7

Bulky Physical Sweeper

Necrozma-Dusk-Mane @ Ultranecrozium Z
Ability: Prism Armor
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 SpA
Brave Nature
- Sunsteel Strike
- Earthquake
- Photon Geyser
- Knock Off

Sunsteel Strike is STAB. Earthquake is coverage. Photon Geyser is STAB, with Ultranecrozium Z it will make its move very strong. Knock Off makes 97.5 BP if item is held.

Gen 8 RU

Necrozma @ Power Herb
Ability: Prism Armor
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Modest / Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Photon Geyser
- Heat Wave
- Meteor Beam
- Automize / Rock Polish

Photon Geyser is strong STAB. Heat Wave deals with steel and bug types. Meteor Beam boosts your special attack and is executed in one turn thanks to Power Herb. Automize or Rock Polish, depending on which move you prefer, raises your speed.

Dynamax Sweeper

National Dex Anything Goes

Necrozma
Necrozma-Dusk-Mane @ Life Orb
Ability: Prism Armor
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
• Dragon Dance
• Psychic Fangs / Stone Edge
• Sunsteel Strike
• Earthquake

This set is to be used with Sticky Webs where at +1 Spe boost you're able to outsped everything, and hit hard with Life Orb boosted Dynamax moves. Dragon Dance achieves those things, while Psychic Fangs is always chosen over Photon Geyser because of Dynamax. Photon Geyser is always special as Max Mindstorm, while Psychic Fangs being physical makes it the ideal choice under Dynamax. Alternatively, Stone Edge punishes Yveltal hard and OHKOing Ho-Oh. Sunsteel Strike is nice 100 BP STAB, while Earthquake hits Primal Groudon as well as opposing Necrozma-Dusk-Mane. Adamant Nature because this set is to be used under Webs. Life Orb because relying on Weakness Policy for activating is a bad choice, plus a +1 Life Orb boosted Sunsteel Strike hits hard as hell.

Sunsteel is for attacking, Thunder Wave is for haxing, Morning Sun is for healing, and Stealth Rock for crippling opponents and breaking sash.

Gen 8 Doubles OU

Necrozma @ Power Herb
Ability: Prism Armor
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Modest Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Meteor Beam
- Photon Geyser
- Protect
- Earth Power / Heat Wave

I recommend using this under Tailwind. Meteor Beam is to raise Necrozma's special attack by one stage, and it doesn't need to charge for a turn thanks to the Power Herb. Photon Geyser is STAB. Protect allows Necrozma to stay safe from attacks for a turn while it's ally on the field can weaken / defeat a threat to it. Earth Power (which does single target damage) and Heat Wave (which does spread damage) are coverage.

Gen 8 Doubles Ubers

Necrozma-Dusk-Mane @ Weakness Policy
Ability: Prism Armor
EVs: 252 HP / 168 Atk / 88 SpD
Brave Nature
IVs: 0 Spe
- Trick Room
- Sunsteel Strike
- Earthquake
- Stone Edge

Offensive Trick Room setter which can also be Dynamaxed. Trick Room reverses the speed order, allowing Necrozma and allies like Calyrex-Ice to take advantage of their low speed. Sunsteel Strike is Steel STAB. Earthquake hits the many Steel types in the tier super effectively and, when Dynamaxed, doesn't hit your ally. Stone Edge prevents Necrozma from getting walled by Ho-Oh (and absolutely destroys it). The Weakness Policy goes great with Necrozma's massive bulk and Prism Armor ability, since it can take almost any super effective hit. 88 special defence EVs allow Necrozma to survive an Astral Barrage coming from Choice Specs Calyrex-Shadow when Necrozma hasn't Dynamaxed.

Necrozma-Dusk-Mane @Weakness Policy
Ability: Prism Armor
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Dragon Dance / Autotomize / Rock Polish
- Sunsteel Strike
- Stone Edge / Prismatic Laser
- Earthquake

Explanation:
Since all of your weakness is just 1.5x Damage, Weakness Policy is a nice item to use.

First move; a speed-boost. No matter if you move first or not.
Proceed to use any move, depends on effectiveness.

Necrozma-Dawn -Wings @ Weakness Policy
Ability: Prism Armor
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Rock Polish / Autotomize
- Moongeist Beam
- Stored Power
- Heat Wave

Explanation:
It's more difficult to use a set with this form. As your only 2 weaknesses are 3x damage, you wouldn't want to wall that. But who cares if it works anyways.

Use a speed-boost move, then spam Stored Power or anything else. Activating Weakness Policy is a better thing (If you survive the hit, that is.). It allows your Stored Power to have 140 Base Power (it's also STAB).

Necrozma @ Petaya Berry / Weakness Policy
Ability: Prism Armor
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Stored Power
- Autotomize
- Earth Power
- Heat Wave

Don't forget, Necrozma can now learn Heat Wave. Earth Power and Heat Wave cover a lot of types. Then just spam Stored Power for the rest of the enemies who can't resist/aren't dark type.

They all have the similar strategy.
Speed Up, then Spam Stored Power.

Crazy Bulky (Necrozma) @ Leftovers
Ability: Prism Armor
EVs: 252 HP / 252 SpA / 4 SpD
Modest Nature
IVs: 0 Attack
- Iron Defense
- Calm Mind
- Autotomize
- Stored Power

The set says it all, set up and sweep.
Counters: Dark Types, you can't damage them at all. See if the opponent is faster use Autotomize, if he is a physical attacker use iron defense and if a special attacker use calm mind. If the opponent is a dark type you don't have any option just switch out.

Team Support: Avoid Entry Hazards with defog can support with misty terrain for status since no sweeper likes status. But the biggest partner so far is tapu lele which blocks priority means Necrozma speed boosts matter even and give it's stored a power a reasonable boost, while also removing dark types from the picture.
