Pheromosa @ Life Orb / Choice Band
Ability: Beast Boost
EVs: 252 Atk / 252 Spe / 4 HP
Jolly Nature
- Lunge
- High Jump Kick / Brick Break
- Poison Jab
- U-Turn

This is a Physical Set. She can outspeed almost everything even without items, Natures, EVs. The EV spread is suitable for a fast physical sweeper like Pheromosa. Lunge for STAB. High Jump Kick is also STAB, so does Brick Break which is more reliable. Poison Jab covers Fairy types. U-Turn allows Pheromosa to escape from bad situations. Beast Boost is always great for sweeping.

Giga Impact is honestly a terrible move. Even if it wasn't, U-Turn is essential and can't be replaced.
This set was too OP for Showdown.
Yes, Giga Impact is terrible on something which can't take a hit like pheromosa what about the recharge turn it can be useful on snorlax

Pheromosa @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Beast Boost
EVs: 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Naive Nature
- U-turn
- High Jump Kick
- Ice Beam
- Poison Jab

Meant for OU use, outdated now

Why Ice Beam with an Adamant nature? I think I'd perfer Hasty Nature or an Naive nature with a Focus Sash but anyway, good Moveset.
Ice Beam hits Landorus-T and Gliscor.

Pheromosa @ Choice Band
Ability: Beast Boost
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Adamant / Jolly Nature
- Triple Axel
- Close Combat
- Lunge / U-Turn
- Drill Run

Pheromosa gets some new moves in the Crown Tundra. Triple Axel is strong Ice-type coverage for Dragons and Landorus-T. Close Combat is awesome STAB, 120 BP. No need to worry about the defense drops because Pheromosa will be outspeeding everything. Lunge is Bug-type STAB, or you can use U-Turn to pivot. Drill Run is great coverage; it has a high crit chance, too. (Of course Pheromosa is banned from OU now but....)

Now for the nature: If you want an attack boost from Beast Boost when you KO a Pokémon, use Adamant. This will make her Attack stat 410. With a Jolly nature, her Speed will be 441. Personally I think the Speed boosts become redundant after a while, especially since it's already outspeeding most Pokémon. But there's always a choice.

Pheromosa @ Focus Sash
Ability: Beast Boost
IVs: 0 Atk
EVs: 252 SpA / 252 Spe / 4 HP
Modest Nature
- Focus Blast
- Bug Buzz
- Ice Beam / Blizzard / Shock Wave
- Quiver Dance

Special pheromosa isn't something you see every day. Kewl set! +1. However, I don't think you really need blizzard. You should use ice beam for much more reliable damage.
Oh ok, I just put it there for more power.

Well, given that the only answer for this question right now is a physical sweeper set, I thought I should recommend a special sweeper set because why not. Pheromosa definitely has the stats for that.

Pheromosa @ Life Orb or Focus Sash
Type: Bug, Fighting
Ability: Beast Boost
Nature: Modest (-Att, +Sp Att) or Timid (-Att, +Spe)
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Sp Att / 252 Spe (standard special sweeper set)

  • Bug Buzz obvious special STAB
  • Focus Blast STAB
  • Ice Beam coverage
  • Taunt I was considering Roost for a bit, but Pheromosa isn't going to be surviving any hits. This thing is more about hitting things like a truck before they hit you. Taunt is ideal to prevent being set up on. This may prompt your opponent to switch out, granting you some free hits.

Pheromosa

If you are running Focus Sash, put Quiver Dance instead of Taunt. Pheromosa has high speed, so she can use Quiver Dance on the first turn. If hit by a Super effective move, she will hang on to Focus Sash, then she will start sweeping with the boost of Quiver Dance. Taunt is not really necessary on her.
Taunt and Quiver Dance are both not really that viable. Also, U-Turn is an absolute must.
Yeah roost sucks for this thing
What is with Jar Jar and U-Turn? Lol

Pheromosa @ Focus Sash
Ability: Beast Boost
Nature: Modest
EVs: 4 SDef / 252 SAtk / 252 Spe

  • Bug Buzz
  • Quiver Dance
  • Hidden Power (Ground)
  • Ice Beam

RuPaul (Pheromosa) @ Life Orb
Ability: Beast Boost
EVs: 184 Atk / 252 SpA / 72 Spe
Hasty Nature
- Bug Buzz
- Ice Beam
- High Jump Kick
- U-turn

I run this Pheromosa set to varying degrees of success, and it works well as both a fast mixed wallbreaker and an offensive pivot. The 72 Speed EVs ensure that this set's Speed gets the buff from Beast Boost so it can outspend most threats in the tier, while the max Special Attack allows for significant damage. I chose Hasty Nature to even further boost Speed and sacrifice defenses, because this really doesn't need any defensive investment.

Bug Buzz and U-Turn serve as dual Bug STAB and allow for dual options when dealing with threats, giving the choice to stay in or switch without loss of momentum. High Jump Kick is the obvious choice for Fighting STAB, and Ice beam is coverage for non-bulky Flyings.

Pheromosa @ Wide Lens
Type: Bug and Fighting
Ability: beast boost
Nature: Jolly
EVs: 252 atk, 252 speed, 4 def

Lunge- STAB, Good BP, possible to drop there atk
High Jump Kick- Wide lens makes it above 100 accuracy, STAB, awesome BP
Poison Jab- Fairy coverage, good BP
What ever- pick a move, any move

I use this set and nature (but no EVs) and it's pretty good

put low kick for any move and its op whenever your against something like Aggron

Pheromosa @ Life Orb
Ability: Beast Boost
EVs: 252 SpA / 252 Spe / 4 Atk
Naive Nature
- High Jump Kick (STAB)
- Ice Beam (Coverge)
- Bug Buzz (STAB)
- Sleep Talk (Just in case)
Do not give Pheromosa a Choice Scarf. This Pokemon is so fast that it outspeeds Mega Alakazam by one point. Crazy right? The other moves provide STAB and Coverage, and Sleep Talk just in case anyone tries to stop you from sweeping their entire team.

Sleep Talk is a very situational option and can be replaced with U-Turn to scout out of tricky situations.
U-Turn with Bug Buzz sounds meh. Why not make it fully physical with Triple Axel in place of Ice Beam, and U-Turn instead of Bug Buzz. Some filler slot for Sleep Talk I guess, and make it 252 Atk EVs instead.
Turn was just for the pivoting, and there wasn't Triple Axel in 2017 xd.
But now ye Triple Axel / U-Turn / Close Combat / Drill Run is kinda good.

Pheromosa @Focus Sash
Ability: Beast Boost
Nature: Adamant or Jolly
EVs: 4 HP, 252 Atk, 252 Spe

  • Lunge- good STAB, coverage against Psychic types.
  • Hi Jump Kick- good STAB, high power
  • Poison Jab- coverage against Fairy types, 30% chance to poison.
  • Speed Swap/U-Turn/Brick Break- U-Turn for STAB or escaping. Speed Swap should only be used in Doubles (explained below). Brick break for STAB, and breaking through Reflect/Light Screen/Aurora Veil.

Pheromosa can hit fast and hard but she will snap like a twig. Don’t bother to put on very many HP, Def, or SpDef EV’s, or any status moves on her. The focus sash is there to let it live for another turn. For doubles, Speed Swap is an option: after the focus sash has been used and she has 1 HP left, if you want to help your teammate, use Speed Swap so they can have her speed. If you don’t want to run Speed Swap I suggest using U-Turn or Brick Break.

Pheromosa@Life Orb
ABILITY: Beast Boost
NATURE: Naive (+Atk -SpDef)
EVs: 252 Atk/252 Spd/4 SpAtk

U-turn
Low Kick
Ice Beam
Throat Chop

Pheromosa has poor coverage, but U-turn allows it to pivot in and out of battle. Low Kick is a consistent Fighting type move for it, and Ice Beam OHKOs Zygarde, Mega Salamence and Rayquaza. Throat Chop is a coverage move.

Scary roach beauty thingy:
Pheromosa@Choice Band
Pheromosa
Ability:Beast Boost
Nature:Adamant
EVs: 252 Atk / 252 Spe / 4 HP
•High Jump Kick
•Lunge
•U-Turn
•Drill Run
It’s speed is VERY hard to match, so we are going full attack. High-Jump kick is INCREDIBLY powerful STAB, Lunge is good STAB, U-Turn is STAB and lets you escape, and drill run covers Fire.

by
You don't want to be stuck on high jump kick. It's a high-risk-high-reward move and if you miss once, no only will they pretty much kill you, you are down to half health. If you do want to use high jump kick, put 4 in sp def or def so you don't die to 2 high jump kick misses
It’s a sweeper. It’s supposed to deal HIGH DAMAGE. it’s not supposed to live long, it’s supposed to take out 2 or 3 of the opponents pokemon. 90 accuracy is not THAT big a risk.

Pheromosa @ Focus Sash/Heavy-duty boots/Choice Band
Ability: Beast Boost
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Triple Axel
- U-turn/Lunge
- High Jump Kick
- Throat Chop
Triple Axel is for coverage and breaks sashes, U-Turn is STAB and switches out Pheromosa. Lunge is great for the Sash set. High Jump Kick is STAB and does a huge amount of damage. Throat Chop is another coverage move.
I've hoped I've helped!
