Is there a trick to capturing 6IV legendary/mythical Pokémon?

I'm about to go after the Island guardians and I'm looking to get a timid Tapu Lele (special wallbreaker) and I was wondering if there was a way to make finding one with 6IV easier or if I just have to keep resetting?

There is no way to force the IVs of Legendary Pokémon, Tapus or Ultra Beasts to go higher. While you are guaranteed 3 perfect IVs in three stats, the other three are randomly generated and unfortunately there is no way to manipulate them :(
