Tapu Z-move interaction with protect?

Question

Protect blocks 75% of z-move dmg but how would that interact with Tapunium Z.
I would ask for actual IN GAME proof as showdown is buggy and they might not have this interaction yet.

Serebii confirms that Protect and Detect do not affect the power of Guardian of Alola.
