What happens if Ditto or Mew uses Transform as a Z-Move?

Question

What I mean is if you give your Ditto or Mew a Normalium Z to hold and it uses a Z-Power Transform, What Happens?

NOTE: I live in America and I haven't gotten Pkmn S or M yet :(

"When a Pokémon is holding Normalium Z and uses its Z-Power, Transform turns into Z-Transform and fully restores the user's HP, in addition to its usual effect as above."

So basically,it's just Transform,but it restores your health.
