Can you delete you data from Pokemon ORAS Demo?

I got to a part in the ORAS demo where Steven couldn't keep track of how many times we've seen each other, so I wanted to start all over.

Yes, you can. Here's the process:
System Settings
Data Management
->Nintendo 3DS
->Software
->Pokemon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire Special Demo (flip through the pages if necessary)
->Delete

If you're asked if you want to create back-up save data, select no. The game will be deleted. Then to get it back, all you have to do is go into the eShop and redownload it. This can be done by searching or from the previously downloaded titles.
