Which moveset from these is the best for Lucario?

Hi. I don't know which Lucario's moveset is the best. Can you help me?

Nature: Adamant (can't have Jolly cause it's already perfect IVs and it's Male so can't breed)

-Ice Punch

None are the best inherently, it all depends on the rest of your team.

I wouldn't give Lucario Earthquake. It just seems weird. I'd go with Swords Dance/Ice Punch/Extreme Speed/Close Combat.

If you want, you could add a steel type move for extra STAB besides Close Combat. Iron Tail and Flash Cannon are good choices.

really, e-quake isn't a good move on Lucario.

I say that the fourth one has the most kinds of moves which can be effective on different kinds of Pokemon. ex- as lucario is a steel and fighting type fire type moves are super effective against it . but lucario can one hit ko the fire type as it has earthquake.so I recomend that the fourth move set is the best.
