Giga impact or quick attack?

I have a dodrio with drill peck, knock off, and thrash (choice band). Which one should the 4th move be?

Kinda think of it like this: giga impact has 90% accuracy total and 75 base power per turn for two turns. Quick attack has 100% accuracy, 40 base power, but +1 priority.

I suggest using Quick Attack. It may not be very powerful, but it has priority which would help to finish off a Pokémon at low health. Giga Impact is strong, but it requires a turn to recharge. Your opponent could use that turn to set up or KO your Dodrio.

Well, you already have a powerful STAB Normal-type move in Thrash, so Giga Impact would be redundant. (It's also not a good move regardless because of the recharge.) Quick Attack is much better in this case for the priority.

Here is a standard Dodrio set:
Dodrio @ Choice Band
Ability: Early Bird
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Brave Bird- better than Drill Peck because of higher base power
- Return- better than Thrash because you can switch out, which is good because Dodrio can't take many hits
- Knock Off
- Quick Attack
