Strange shiny Ekans card?

Hey guys,

So I was looking through my old Pokemon card collection today and came across a strange shiny Ekans. I've googled it and found nothing. It is identical to a fossil set card 46/62, except the WHOLE card is shiny. It is also a bit smaller than usual cards. Anybody know anything about it?

If the size is different it's probably fake. What do mean my shiny? The entire card reflects light?

Most likely it's a fake, that would explain all of the abnormalities, not to mention not finding it online, is the color on the back of the card slightly different than that of normal cards? And is it a lot flimsier than most? If so, I'm willing to bet that card is fake, hope I helped
