Where can I get the move focus punch for my gallade in Pokemon x and y?

i saw that this was a good move for gallade to have in one of the older posts on here. idk how to get it tho. of course that post is now six years old and could not be reliable for sixth gen. if this is true, please let me know and if you can, tell me a better move set for this Pokemon.

To get Focus Punch on a Gallade in X/Y, you must either transfer a Gallade that has learned Focus Punch through TM from Gen 3 or Gen 4. You could also teach a Gallade Focus Punch through a move tutor in ORAS and trade it to X/Y.
