Where can I catch a ditto in Diamond?

My Friend doesnt think he trained his Empoleon very well and wants to train another but neither him nor I know where to get a ditto. Can this site help him and me find a ditto? Thank you in advance.

To catch a ditto you must first have the Pokeradar.

You can find a ditto on route 218 using the Pokeradar.
