Are there "bad eggs" spreading in Pokemon X and Y?

I was on Google when a bunch of Pokemon websites started saying that there where bad eggs spreading through wonder trade in X and Y. Is this true?

You might want to check the date on those.  I remember noting something similar a while ago, but they were all forum posts from over a year before.

Yes, bad eggs are in XY, but there isn't much information, even Bulbapedia says so. XD
