How do I make my Scizor a fast and intimidating fighter?

My SoulSilver team that I transferred to ORAS has a Typhlosion, Garchomp, Luxray, Staraptor, Empoleon, and a Scizor (of course)

You could try and giving it this-

Scizor
252 Atk/Spe, Leftovers, Technician
Bug Bite (If it doesn't have technician, give it X-Scissor, but Technician is so much better than Swarm that I would also suggest getting another Scizor)
Bullet Punch
Agility
Swords Dance

This is a hard set to pull off, but get one Agility and one Swords Dance in and you're set to destroy your opponent. Bug Bite is quite powerful with Technician and Technician Bullet Punch is definitely Scizor's best move since it has priority and technician and STAB make it quite strong for what it is.
