How do I get Bullet Seed and Rock Blast on Minccino/Cinccino?

I'm building a team up and I really want to get a Minccino/Cinncino with Bullet Seed and Rockblast. I just can't for the life of me figure out how to get these two moves on it! I looked all over Bulbapedia and I honestly couldn't find anything that could make sense. If someone can provide an answer I would greatly appreciate it. I only have X and Omega Ruby if that helps in anyway. Thank you.

You have to take your Cinccino to the Move Relearner. The Move Relearner is in the house north-east of the Pokémon Center in Dendemille Town (the old lady). Give her one Heart Scale and you can have Cinccino learn either of the two moves you mentioned.

Pro tip: You can use this method to make any Pokemon learn a move that it allegedly learns at Level 1.
