Can the Ageto Celebi from the Japanese Pokemon Colosseum Bonus Disc be shiny?

I happen to have one shiny and I have no idea if it is a legit shiny. I can't transfer it in PokeBank to Pokemon OR/AS/X/Y, but it's probably Nintendo/GameFreak not wanting to transfer it if it is legit because it hasn't been released yet, like the Shiny Jirachi I had from my North American Bonus Disc, it went through after they released Shiny Jirachi in Gen 6.

No. It cannot be shiny. It is a fake. The bonus disc does not even do a PID check.
