I have a Rash Justified Gallade, should I keep it?

I'm trying to run a sweeper set, and it had 1 star potential when I caught it, which I presume is something to do with IV's. He's not gonna be much of a sweeper without the Sp. Def though, is he? (Rash = +SpA, -SpD.)

So, should I farm some more Ralts or should I keep the Gallade?

Breed him up if you want a sweeper. 1 ıv is better than none to start with. He isn't competitive, but a rash Gallade should do fine in game.
