I Need to know as close to exactly the frequency a new gen comes out. I am trying to build an ultimate party and budget to get the new games. So far there are 6 gens. help?
Game - Japanese Release Year RS - 1996 GS - 1999 (3 year gap from previous gen). RS - 2002 (3 year gap from previous gen). DP - 2006 (4 year gap from previous gen). BW - 2010 (4 year gap from previous gen). XY - 2013 (3 year gap from previous gen). So 3-4 years in between each generation, which would mean the next gen could be out this year or the next.
