Will the 20th anniversary Pokemon events be available outside of the USA?

I know that there are event distributions each month from February this year, but so far I've only heard that they are available in the USA. Will they be distributed elsewhere?

Europe, Australia, New Zealand, and Canada (maybe) will also get distributions.

I say maybe Canada because the main distributor of games there (EB Games) has hinted at doing the distribution, but I don't think they've confirmed it yet.
