No, unless you trade it to another game WHILE it's a Kadabra.

No, Pokémon do not evolve upon hatching from eggs. Trading and Abra egg to your Silver game will result in a baby Abra — not some rapidly-evolving Alakazabra abomination. You'll have to hatch it, evolve it to a Kadabra, then trade it to Silver in order for it to evolve into Alakazam.

I think I might have misunderstood. If you hatch the Abra in Silver, you can still evolve it into Kadabra — however, you still need to trade it in order for it to evolve. Even though you traded the Abra to Silver, it doesn't change the fact that Kadabra still needs to be traded to evolve.
