How do you Get False Swipe on Parasect in Pokemon Crystal?

Question

I'm going to need a False Swipe Parasect for shiny hunting purposes, and according to this website, the only way to get it is through eggmoves. What Pokemon would I have to breed together with Paras/Parasect to get myself a False Swipe Paras? Please note this is gen2, and Crystal Version.

You have to breed a female Paras or Parasect with a male Scyther or Scizor that knows False Swipe. Scyther learns it at Lv 18 in Crystal.

Weird that this website said that I couldn't catch Scyther in Crystal but then Bulbapedia said I could :/
