Is there a way to get 5IV Pokemon legitimately by breeding?

I need several 0 speed IV Pokemon for my TR team, but I don't know if there is a method for getting 0 IV Pokemon. (besides hoping to get lucky).

it'll take a long time but it is doable and you'd pretty much use the same method as trying to get a 6 iv pokemon, since that is effectivley what you are trying to breed

Actually it usually takes less than an hour with the right Ditto and a Flame Body Pokémon.

must be my problem, i have no appropriate dittos.  been working on breeding some dual egg group breeding males

It'll take a long time unless you have a good Ditto or Pokemon to breed off of but it is doable. And you'd pretty much use the same method as trying to get a 6 iv Pokemon, since that is effectively what you are trying to breed.
